Pretty much what you would expect from real-world navigator software: schematic landscape view, highlighted route(?), driver's location, distance remaining, compass. What's interesting is the device displaying it. It has militaristic vibe with side buttons and screws on the front panel, as well as it's being solidly mounted left from the driver's wheel. "v CH ^" labeled button suggests multiple channels, so it's possible it can show more than just a navigator, perhaps something like videocalls feed. It is produced by Sony, in real-world had navigators production since 1992.
Topographic landscape representation, buildings, roads and labels are displayed with monochrome green on black lines. It is interesting that the map is so limited in being monochrome, affecting readibility and deciding to not to display some elements that are usually important, such as foliage. Fuyutsuki mentions that maps are being redrawn due to craters, so this map implies some amount of unautomated labour. Large rectangular grid structure is present at the water level(?). I don't think it's shown in the TV series beyond this map, but something similar was in Rebuild series.
The target is displayed on top of the map. It's represented by a black circle and red arrow figure. Black circle can indicate the immediate sphere of influence. Red arrow is flickering, perhaps due to observation live data updates. In front of it are radial slices of predictions in opaque desaturated blue palette with percentages, dominant one being 80%, others being 15% and 5%. Their radius does not correspond with percentages, so it can be travel distance in some time unit. Slices end with darker blue zones, where main one has lighter blue circle with red triangle and 42% label. I'm not sure what is it about, maybe point above the HQ. There are also some formations around the target in red, 2 circular fronts are formed intersecting the movement trajectory.
Moving frame has white information overlay. On bottom right 進路予想図 is displayed. Réseau plate is present.
And also it is unclear where this image is projected onto. The control bridge has holographic map and main feed display, but it is denoted with different kind of overlay.
